Fear The Walking Dead returns in just a couple months, meaning we'll only have a couple months of without one of AMC's zombie shows airing each Sunday. The zombie spinoff returns on Sunday, June 2nd at 9 pm ET followed by the series premiere of NOS4A2, a supernatural horror show that looks quite promising. Season 4 of Fear The Walking Dead was something of a disaster, despite introducing some great new characters like the gunslinger John Dorie then underutilizing them and opening with a decent first few episodes, including the excellent episode 'Laura'. Dwight crosses over to Fear The Walking Dead and becomes a lumberjack apparently. These deaths aside, Fear was simply a mess in Season 4.

Fear The Walking Dead Season 5: Release Date, Cast, & Story Details
Jarringly, season 5 began with the main cast crashing a plane into a previously-unexplored area swimming with nuclear radiation. This hazardous setting led caused the protagonists to split into several groups. Back at base camp, Strand set out on a quest to bring his endangered friends back home and was reunited with Daniel Salazar in the process. This means viewers will only have a two-week gap without an episode. This is considerably less than previous seasons, which have generally taken breaks of around two months. The day ends with the show's survivors cracking open an ice cold albeit naff tasting home-brewed beer, reuniting with old friends and there's even a wedding on the horizon.
